Extremely well made
Extremely well made, nicely packaged, and delivered faster than the estimated delivery date. I would definitely order again, especially if they find a way to add the personal health record Medic Alert QR code from the latest Smart Medic Alert ID Card to the dog tag. It's much faster to scan the QR code than to search for the ID card and then scan the QR code.

It's ok
Just got it today, 1 week early which was a pleasant surprise but it's already scratched & I don't know why. It doesn't look like a long lasting quality item. The neck chain that it came with is junk
