These are great NPAs so far.
EMT here, These NPAs look and feel quality are effectively the same we use on our Ambulances. There’s nothing to them.. they can hold a patent airway without bending or kinking, and have a bevel to prevent it from going too deep into the airway. The lube that it comes with is essential, and a little goes a long way. I’ll buy this brand again when these get old and unserviceable.

Bought this as a part of my med kit for the field. Quality looks pretty good and comes with a few accessories. If this should fail in the field, I’ll be sure to report back and change my reading.

Great for any medic bag!
NPAs are a great thing for me to carry in my bag. This kit comes with everything you need for quick easy use of an NPA. My only suggestion would be to have more of the typical sized 6&7 (24&28F). Unless I missed that set completely! Either way love LightingX products great quality and definitely great value for re stocking after event work!

Quality piece of kit
Great value for the price. Nice to have this in my IFAK along with adult and child CPR masks. Very light and compact package with everything you need in one place.

Good product
I purchased these to see how they would work for nighttime breathing help. They are far too irrating for that - for me and for a few patients studied. I modified a couple to be very short, to fit in just past the vestibule, but they remained too irrating. I do not recommend these for anything other than emergency medical services.

Nose hoses
How do you review something that you use to save someone's life? Well it worked or it didn't. Sized for different size's of people that need it, they will work if placed correctly. If you see blood or brain matter you placed it wrong, try the other hole. Easy to use with the lube that comes with the kit so they function well. Nice compact size for every persons jump kit.
