I can't decide to use this or the Dove oxygen shampoo for a daily nongreasy cleanse. Help?

I used this shampoo allot I wash my hair every other day seem be ok doing that

This answer its self what I mean it depends on how much you used each time you wash your hair If you used allot to wash you hair the bottle will run out fast if you only used sought to wash your hair it will last

Does it make hair dry or soft?

This shampoo would provide moisture for dry hair. It certainly does not dry out your hair. It would leave your hair soft.
