It took a month to get an engineer, who visited on 10 July and confirmed that the PCB needed replacement.After two months of daily follow-ups, Lifelong finally sent a PCB in September, charging me ₹1,067. When the engineer arrived to install it, he found that Lifelong had sent the wrong PCB, despite having the model number and photographs from his first visit.I was then told that the correct PCB was no longer available because the machine was over two years old.
