Poorly written.
This is an abridged version and has no literary value. If your kid is more than 7 years, it is not for you.

Do not buy
This is one of the poorest abridged version of a classic. So many grammatical errors and logical inconsistency. This is replacement only so couldn't return. Do not even think about giving this to anyone. If you have bought it, please burn it.

Written poorly
This book is very poorly written, it is full of grammatical errors. The sentences often dont make sense. There is no prose. There is no flow. The book has no information on who abridged it or illustrated it. The is not from “Great illustrated classics “ the company is called “illustrated Classics” fyi. So dont be confused.

DO NOT BUY. EXTREMELY POOR WRITING. NOT LEGIT.
This adaptation is horribly written with outrageous grammatical errors on practically every page. It is amazing to me that this version is even in print. It deceptively looks like it should be a nice children's volume, but it is not. The text has not been edited (at least by any qualified editor) and the writing is atrocious. On top of the numerous grammatical errors which make it almost impossible to read, the adaptation is downright boring. I seldom write negative reviews, but I feel that this book should not find its way into any child's hands.
