My papa use this chair for his office and he loved it. Good comfortable chair and the quality is also good.

Horrible product and even horrible experience trying to reach them. I have written to them as this product is under warranty but it's been 3 days and I have not received any revert till now.The product is lying broken and cannot be used. It has also hurt my daughter as due to a faulty and defective product she fell and hurt herself. I will be filing a complaint and seek damages if i do not receya revert from the manufacturer in next 24 hours.

I purchased this chair recently and it's good and sturdy. Few things to keep in mind:1) The chair reclines (if you pull the height adjustment lever outwards). If you don't want it to recline, push the lever inwards to lock.2) DIY Installation. And the installation is a tedious task. They will send you a link to the video to install the chair. In the video, the guy just inserts the wheels into the sockets easily by hand, but when we tried doing it, it just wouldn't go in. Then we called the number on the leaflet and the guy said you need to hammer the wheels into the sockets. Although the plastic is sturdy, you have to hammer it correctly so that the pressure is not concentrated on a particular edge/side. Took us an hour to set it up.3) The delivery took a month. I think it's made to order.Overall the chair is comfortable and good for the price. Got it during sale. Making wfh easier 😊

Product is quality is awesome for this price, when this product was delivered there was a slight crack on Crome plate but it is okay, this product has been shipped from different place , it is common. I am satisfied with this purchase.

After using 1month I get to know the product is too worst comfort is zero I can't able to sit on itWaste of money

Arm rest are made of plastic which is ridiculous, that's why i am giving it 3 star.If arm rest were made of metal, i would give it 5 starAnd after some time i shall share some photos also.I really didn't likt its arm rest.I had to give 150/- rupees extra for delivery after mentioning my address which is also ridiculous.
