Mine did not come with a case. All I got was the weapon in a cardboard box.

There is nothing on the product to indicate manufacturing origin, but I presume they are made in China.

what type and grade of steel are these?

These are combat steel hook swords and are a very high grade product. I will be using them for practice only, not combat.

Is it heavy? and how sharp is it? Is it good for combat.

Not terribly heavy, and not terribly sharp. No, training and maaaaaybe light sparring. But definitely not live/actual combat
