Just purchased my 3rd box of this tea. First it smells and tastes delicious. I started using it a month ago and have seen significant reduction in my water weight loss. I drink a cup first thing in the morning and have a light breakfast about 2 hours later. I don't feel as hungry the day so this allowed me to change my eating habits. I also incorporated a exercise routine and cut out the bad carbs, fast foods and junk foods. Really satisfied and will be ordering the goji berry and colon cleansing tea next. Highly recommend!!!

Makes you go ALOT but it also helped me lose 10 pounds. Tastes like standard tea, not the best but not the worst. Also noticed less cravings throughout the day while taking it

This tea tastes great especially with a couple packs of equal. 8 drink 2 cups daily and feel very "cleaned out." Makes me go, but not with such urgency that I need to plan my day around the toilet.

• I received and took it after my last meal last nite • I have three different flavors.(rasp, acai & pome) • Tried the Raspberry Flavor ( It was GOOD ) • Soak the tea for 10 mins ( it’s my Option ) • I have a good sleep and woke up at 5:30am , went to the bathroom and pooped. I have No pain or cramping ( Recorded my weight after Pooping ) • I do some basic workouts in the morning for atleast 3 times a week push-up, seat up , my focus iare my belly and arms. And I do a lot of walking but seems like I have not lose weight maybe because I didn’t pooped everyday and always bloated • I am 5’0 and 115 lbs or so …( I’ve been wanting to go back to 102- 105lbs but No success) • For now 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because It’s my first time. I will definitely updated after 1 week

Well I had tried brew some before dinner and also had drank it before bedtime also it’s has a fruity flavor to it and it curbed my appetite while I was asleep and then it’s does works after I had my morning coffee and a healthy breakfast too and it’s great even when it’s cold and felt lighter after drinking it too and going to take it on my days off from work but it’s was good anyways

Crazy stuff… made me poop so much it hurt!! Had to stop it’s not worth it for me… I was scared that I could stop 🫠 …

I didn't recieve Raspberry, so I got the Assorted Flavors instead. I take medication that causes stomach issues so I looked for a tea that would help me out. This tea does that and then some. It's helped me lose weight too. I drink it at night before bed (9pm) and come morning, it's starting to work. One thing I love is sipping on this tea ice cold, usually on the weekends, I use about 6 ounces of hot water, steep as directed and let it cool down then add the tea & ice cubes to a tumbler. It keeps it colder lol. I totally recommend this tea because it's price fits into budget(under $10), it helps you lose weight, it tastes pretty good and it helps with my stomach issues. Natural ingredients are so much better than over the counter meds.

I purchased this a couple days ago and tried it as soon as I got it. It’s a settle flavour. I don’t know about weight loss yet because I haven’t been using it for that long yet, however this makes you shit for sure. It is very important to time out when you are going to drink the tea. For example; if you drink it before work, you’ll be in the washroom a lot during work. If you do it before bed, you’ll be up a lot during the night. I recommend taking it on a day you don’t have plans or work or during a time period where you have a couple extra hours in between. Overall it is a great product and I like it. My main goal is so see if it works with weight loss. I’ll be back with an update if I see changes.

Seems like a good product, smooth taste and subtle flavor. I love the little inspirational notes on the tea bag labels and the variety of the flavors as well. Haven't seen much weight loss but am not that active apart from work and running a few errands.

I steep 2 tea bags in a 12 oz mug each morning.. I enjoy the flavour and I’m surprised that it seems to curb my appetite throughout the day... I noticed very quickly I am snacking less between meals- not intentionally, I just didn’t have the cravings I usually do! Maybe in the back of my head I’m more mindful of what I’m putting in my body to save myself from the extremes of this tea!! I have noticed some slight physical changes, my tummy seems to feel less bloated. It will be interesting to see if there will be more results further down the road!

Try to help with digestive system but after a month of drinking went back to normal. It did clean me out however had to drink 2 in a day.
