Is the plastic parts bpa free?

Industry research says that products made using opaque plastics does not contain BPA so you are probably safe with these K-cups and any other food-grade plastic you buy. This is confirmed in the description for these k-cups where it states they are 100% BPA free.

Will this filter fit the 145 office pro?

I am not familiar with that brewer. I only know these are made for the multi stream brewers. If your brewer has multiple needles that puncture the top of the cup these should work fine. If there is only one needle coming down on the top of the cup to puncture the cup then this is the wrong model.

Can someone tell me how tall the pod is? I use a Solofill for grinding and filling the pods and some pods are too tall for the Solofill.

The pod is 1 and 3/4 inches tall and it is 2 and 1/8 inches wide at the top
