I bought this to add some ambient lighting to the back of my office desk, as I prefer to work with the main light off and have more subdued lighting instead. Based on other reviews here (thanks) which mentioned that the light strip gives off a solid warm yellow light, rather than in spots like other strips I decided to try this. My desk is 2 metres in length, so the 2m version of this was exactly the right size. Installation was relatively simple, you peel off the backing to reveal the adhesive and simply stick it to the location required. I placed the USB near a powered USB strip I have, which provides enough amps/volts for it to work without flickering. The photos try and give a good representation of the strips effect, the first photo is on lowest power, the second is on highest. I typically leave it on the lowest power as it is directly against the wall, but I can see this working well against TVs etc. In 3 weeks I have had no issues with the light strip, the adhesive has remained stuck to the desk, and the lights have worked each time I have used them, which can be for hours a day usually. I'm thinking about buying this again just to add to other places in the home, eg under the bed.

Absolutely perfect! Easy to use, very sticky and the 2700 is a nice warm light.

Quality seems ok but definitely not warm white - used on internal rim of clock to light up clock face. Photo shows this is more of a cool white unfortunately. Also no mention of whether excess could be cut so doubled up strip.

Wanted a LED strip for a nice underglow of my drawers and to light the inside of them. Looks incredible and lights up all the draws when opened up. Was able to cut it to length with no issues and the tape seems pretty strong, would advice putting a bracket or clip on the ends to prevent it from peeling off. Its very bright on max and can get quite dim too if you desire. Overall very happy with with this and highly recommend!

Fantastic product. I stuck it behind a press and it gives off a really nice soft light. It can be plugged into a phone charger plug. I am not giving it 5 stars because there was no instructions and I had to take a gamble on where to cut it. But cutting it anywhere seemed to work fine. I would buy again.

Absolutely love these, got the 2m 2700k which is warm and cosy even at its brightest setting (pictured). The strip itself is very aesthetic and not like most which you'd generally choose to hide, like behind a monitor or TV. One thing to note is the lights will flicker if used with an unsuitable plug. We initially tried with an older Chromecast plug which caused them to flicker, but when used with a JBL plug they worked perfectly (both pictured).

I have bought quite a few of these LED strips. I have put them behind TVs, monitors and under desks to provide soft light. The control makes it easy to set the light strength, and the colour is warm. The 8mm connector kits are easy to use with these 8mm strips.

I encountered flickering with a specific outlet plugging it in, but have since switched the outlet usb I was using and have not seen flickering since. Lights are bright and well adjustable.

I needed a continuous line of LED strips for a table with brightness controls. This has both LEDs instead of individual LED modules, giving a hidden and modern look. Really good quality. the packaging seemed a little cheap but thankfully it arrived sooner than expected (international shipping) and in working condition.
