I got this with free shipping, it's decent deal at that price but I found a specialty store in my area that sold it cheaper. I would suggest looking up European-Goods store near you on google and call around to get the best price.

is this the crunchy or soft nougat?

Soft nougat, delicious, genuine, and wonderful. Cannot recommend highly enough. I enjoyed it when I lived in Italy in the 1970s, and I enjoy it still because the quality remains very high.

Is it possible to see a list of ingredients?

I'm sure the ingredients are listed on the box. I have had these during holidays my whole life and they are delicious. Write to the company and ask them. I'm sorry I wasn't much help.

Without refrigeration, how long do they stay fresh? What is their typical expiration date? Thanks in advance.

I gave this as a gift but we always had them at Christmas. As long as they stay wrapped, they can last for a couple months.
