Nutricost Tudca 250mg, 30 Capsules (Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid) Gluten-Free

I've been taking this TUDCA supplement for liver support and have been very happy with it. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on my stomach. I appreciate the straightforward ingredients and quality from Nutricost. It's become a regular part of my supplement routine, and I feel good knowing I'm supporting my liver health. Great value for the price, and I would definitely purchase it again.

I take Tudca along with milk thistle and NAC to protect my liver. I use several medications that can be hard on the liver, and these keep me healthy.

You may have a hit or miss time searching for a better price, but to assure I have this within 2 days and that I pay close to the best price possible, just go with Nutricost on Amazon! I believe they sell what they advertise and they aren't a company I would be weary about like some other pop up companies who have other people bottling and selling the same product in 10 different forms ( as in the same product labeled and sold as and under different brands and names for different prices). The double count, 60 serving bottle is an even better deal. I can keep my liver and kidney in check by taking cordryceps mushroom, lions mane mushroom, and NAC and TUDCA. However if I could only choose 1 product for overall liver protecting abilities it would have to be TUDCA. It is great at detoxifying and protecting liver cells from further damage. Running 1 bottle will have your liver in better shape than before, even in a normally healthy individual. The liver spends so much time filtering and cleaning sort of like the kidneys and needs an occasional bump or push in the right direction, even more so if you have bad kidney and/or liver health. I can assure you this is real TUDCA and that it does work very well! The price is ALMOST unbeatable but to place an order and get it within 2 days makes this a solid choice for sure!

I have had mixed opinions on the Nutricost brand in the past. Sometimes their prices seem too good to be true. TUDCA supposedly has a myriad of health benefits, mostly with liver health. I decided to give this a shot due to it being so much cheaper than other brands of TUDCA on the market. I have read that TUDCA tends to be very bitter and tastes similar to bile. I opened up a capsule and tasted the powder inside, which was quite bitter and reminded me of stomach acid. With that said, having changed nothing else in my life, I have noticed somewhat smoother digestion since I started taking 2 of these per day. I am prone to bloating after meals, and I have noticed less than normal. My bowel movements also seem to be easier to pass now. I do think starting with a small dose such as this is a good idea to see how it may affect you, but I think I will try a higher dose to see if there are any additional benefits.

I'm a huge fan of Tudca and used to buy from Dr. Berg, but since I learned that Nuticost sold it....now..Forever Amazon Customer.

I usually don't write product reviews but I felt as if this product has changed my life. I had my gallbladder removed in the fall of 2015 and my health has been declining since. I have been to countless doctors and done countless tests but they find nothing. I had been feeling slightly better prior to taking TUDCA but still not like normal. Being that I'm only 35 and have 2 young kids I need to have energy and be able to get around. I had been feeling cold in my hands especially in the morning around 9 or 10 AM every day. My hands and joints would get stiff as well and pop in and out a lot. I didn't have the strength and energy I used to either and my sleep was poor. Since taking TUDCA has improved my cold hands and feet. My stiff joints especially in my hands have improved as well. I feel like I have more energy. My digestion has also improved. I no longer have to take bile supplements and my stool is finally back to normal consistency and amount. This is a big part of why I think I am feeling much better. After the surgery my digestion was poor and on other combination of herbs or supplements have helped until now. The risk of taking TUDCA is low I urge anyone without a gallbladder to try taking TUDCA.

So this will be a long review, but very informative if you’re willing to read. I don’t want anyone to experience what I did with this product. With a lot of research, I’ve come to learn about Tudca and how good it is for the liver, and not only that, but helping your bile flow which is what I’m assuming I need. What I do know about myself is that my liver is not functioning properly which has been causing a lot of URQ pain in the front and back, along with yellow stool and mainly diarrhea for half a year. I’m struggling to get help with the doctors so I’ve tried to put matter into my own hands. I’m assuming it has something to do with my bile ducts because I’ve always eaten healthy and no alcohol, so something else has to be aggravating my liver. Btw, I’ve had a HIDA scan and my gallbladder is perfectly fine so it’s not that. I want to recommend another supplement to anyone who may need an alternative to this horrible Tudca that will actually help THIN your bile. It’s called “Beat Flow” and you can buy it through imperial labs only. You can watch this man’s videos on YouTube about this product. It has been the only thing to get me close to a normal brown color again in my stool. I bought Tudca to also take because “what’s the harm”. Well I was mistaken and I regret it. This Tudca gave me diarrhea almost right away. Stomach pains, and cause SHARP stabbing pains in my liver area in the front and back. I took 2 on an empty stomach for only two days and it made me miserable. I’m on my first day without it and the pains are still there. I hope I’m okay honestly, and I just hope to anyone reading this to PLEASE be cautious before starting this. Listen to your body, and stop if you need to.

If i could give this product less i would. Don't get me wrong great product but when the company decodes to half the serving size and double the price .... Yeah you've lost yet another customer.
