Worked first time and every time. Picture is clear and cris

Tested it against an old VGA monitor screen and 2 different laptops with HDMI output with the following results: 1. Tested it with a Dell XPS l15 9560 model laptop and alas I could not get it to work even after reducing my default 1920 x 1080 display resolution to a lot lower. 2. Tested it with a HP Pavilion Laptop 14-BIC5ETEC and it worked without having to do any screen resolution amendments.

Works perfectly for me, I need to extend onto 2 extra screens and I had a VGA monitor and HDMI dock plugged into my laptop. Can't comment on sound as that's not a function I need/use. It does however convert the image extended from my laptop. Total bargain!

Does not work, bought it to connect my laptop to a VGA monitor. False advertising on the about section: Use a separate USB charger to power the adapter. There is no charging port on the adapter.
