It really helps with not cleaning up as many messes without using these rubber pants. I am glad I thought of them!

I've tried other brands, but this seems to work best in protecting leakage. It is low noise, i mean when moms walks with this on i dont hear plastic rubbing or crinkling... so very good. What i like best is this is single layer of just plastic, without absorbent materials, so very easy to wash and dry quick. Only bladder issue so only handwash immediately in the basin with few drops dish soap and rinse and hang in shower... ready for nighttime use. Tip: get the size to fit waist, if leg elastics are too loose, sew on few inches of elastic using zigzag stitches on the outer side of the legs to customize leg fit snugly. After few different sizes and brands, very difficult to fit both thigh and waist.... mom has skinny legs 😅. It's a 5 star for protectiveness... as for the fit, not everyone fits into standard sizing chart.

This item is a very thin, very cheap imitation of what was advertised on the site. It was advertised as being 50% cloth, 50% TPU. It was more like 100% TPU, 0% cloth. This was the thinnest, cheapest low-noise, reusable Adult Diaper Cover ever! It will probably not survive a washing...but will see. I won't be wasting any more money on future purchases of this product. Save your hard-earned dollars - go buy Haian brand, or Sunowe brand, or items from Baby Pants brand or The Dotty Diaper Company, Rearz, or LittleforBig. Any of those would be better than ones from this manufacturer or reseller. Thank you.

I'll start by admitting that I don't have a medical need for plastic pants. I only wear them because I like wearing them. These are one of my favourites that I've ordered a few times, mainly due to the unique material. These are not like your typical PVC plastic pants. This material is extremely light and airy, kind of halfway between paper and plastic. The exterior is matte, resembling fabric a little. On the inside, there's a glossy waterproof coating that's very smooth and slippery. These feel really nice on, especially if you wear them on their own like I do. You can easily wear these all day long and they feel awesome. They're a little bit noisy, but it's hardly noticeable under clothing. As much as I like the material, I do have to admit that it's thin and pretty fragile. These pants are easy to clean by hand, but they don't respond well to machine laundering, which I learned the hard way with my first pair. So if you have heavy demands of your plastic pants, these are probably not the best option. But for non-medical purposes where you're willing to treat them gently, they're OK and will last you for many uses. The fit and cut of these could also use some work. The legs are a little too snug and aren't positioned properly, so this makes them fit a little weird. They're sized amply enough so that they don't feel tight anywhere, but they actually end up being baggier than I'd like. It'd be nice if these were tailored to fit a human better. Wider elastics, particularly on the legs would be a welcome addition too. While we're at it, it would be great if they could be wrapped to enhance comfort and ease of cleaning. If you like nice-looking plastic pants, these leave much to be desired in that category as well. While they feel great and work well, they are not my cutest pair of plastic pants. The fit is far from sleek, and the material is a dull gray. They're offered in pink - they look identical to these only pink - but I can't comment on them because I haven't tried them. If you're interested in trying plastic pants, I'd recommend them for sure if your plan is to use them the way I do - for non-medical reasons, with nothing underneath. If you want or need to wear a diaper, there are other better options out there. Otherwise, these admittedly unattractive pants are pretty comfortable and fun to wear. Though I have a few different types, I often reach for these whenever I feel like wearing plastic pants. They're also quite practical. They're as comfortable (and more fun) than regular underwear. They travel well since they pack small and you don’t need to bring very many. And best of all, they provide a lot more confidence in general. Dribbling in these is no big deal — no one will know, and unlike the cold shameful feeling of damp underwear, these feel pretty awesome when they get wet. Pricewise they're not a bad deal either, if you treat them well and they last.

They do a good job of not leaking.They do make noise, kinda like a plastic grocery sack. They make you sweat when it is a warm day because they hold in your body heat. You would have to decide if worth the money.

Works. Remember in the old days when we used plastic covers for the kids diapers? These are the same, very glad I tried them, have saved a good amount on laundry. I have fat upper legs so went with the chart and the fit is great around the leg opening,tho the body is rather billowy. Would purchase again.

Protection level pretty good, size pretty good for my patient. Very thin plastic, crinkley noise, no fabric feel on the outside like other similar pants. Too soon to tell about durability.

Habe schon länger immer wieder diese Gummihosen für meinen Mann bestellt immer zufrieden Jetzt habe ich auch welche bestellt für Damen sind gestern gekommen viel zu klein ! Hab jetzt die gleichen wie meinen Mann Mal probiert passt super daß ich das nicht Früher bemerkt habe Heute die Damen zurückgeschickt und auch gleich die Herren bestellt. Ich bin 83 Jahre und fleißige Kundin Gut das es Amazon gibt Gruß aus Nürnberg

They are gigantic have soft edges so are comfy. Are thin with a slight crinkle when moving.
