Great vitamin
We use this vitamin as a daily multivitamin, and think it’s a clean alternative. Given how much can be hidden in your vitamins, it was important for us to get a clean product that’ll actually support our bodies needs.

I’ve only been using for a week and I see that my nails are seeing the results first. Fabulous! Overall my body is receiving this supplement well. Update: Two weeks later, I’m starting to notice a glow to my face and my hair becoming thicker. Could it be the vitamins are more bioavailable? Perhaps!

Seemed to work great
What my mom always took, so when I got pregnant I got some. I compared the ingredients list to lists of all the necessary supplements for pregnancy, and it seems to cover all the bases fine! Took them daily, and seemed to do well.

Best Prenantals Ever
So these prenatals didn't give me any side affects or anything and my hair and nails did definitely grow. But the biggest thing to me, which could be coincidence, it that my baby girl was born EXTREMELY healthy and VERY advanced. She was lifting her head in less that 24 hours from her birth, she was VERY developed and had NO complications after delivery. I've taken Nature Sunshine products since I was 7 yrs old and I can attest that IT WORKS. If I had the money I would buy their products on a regular basis. I absolutely recommend ANYTHING from them to ANYONE.

Easy to take
They work well and don't cause Nausea and only 1 pill a day is easy to take. They don't have calcium so you would need to get it somewhere else
