Got a L and I’m 160 5’5 and they are a bit snug but they loosen up to the perfect fit for me!

These shorts are super cute! I like the style and length, and the material is thick and durable. I'm 5' 3" 140 lbs. and ordered a medium, and they fit well if a tiny bit tight on the waist. I've had these shorts for a couple months, and my main complaint is that the material is not stretchy at all. This makes these shorts less comfortable than others, and they ride up when I sit down. The button and zipper also seem a little low quality but work just fine. Overall, I love these shorts and wear them a lot!

This brand has been hit or miss for me, but these shorts are now my favorite pair of shorts I own. They fit super well, they're comfortable and flattering, and the material doesn't feel too thin or cheap. Absolutely love the mid-thigh length. Purchased an XS in the light wash. I'm 5'5, 120 lbs, and usually wear a size 25 or 26 in pants and shorts. (Size 25 in Levi's, size 26 at PacSun), for reference. I'm loyal to high-rise/super high-rise bottoms as an elder millennial who was traumatized by the early aughts low-rise craze, and these shorts manage to sit perfectly on the smallest portion of my waist with no waistband gap...cue applause with happy tears. Go ahead and purchase a few pairs like I did. Heal that inner 9th grader who ripped through so many belt loops by having to strategically pull up on them to sit down in a chair.

I really wanted these high-waist denim shorts to work because the style and color are absolutely perfect—super cute and flattering in theory. But the sizing just didn’t work for my body type. The Medium fit great in the legs but was way too tight on my waist, to the point of being uncomfortable. The Large was too loose and kept falling down. I wish there was a size in between to get the right balance—something not too tight or too big. These might work better for someone with a more proportional waist-to-hip ratio. I’m bummed because I love the look, but unfortunately the fit just wasn’t quite right for me.

Nice pair of shorts. The cut is flattering but they run small. Unfortunately, I purchased a large and needed and extra large which they dont make. I would definitely have kept them if they had fit. The material is nice and the frayed hem is a good length. Wish they had worked for me and that they bothered to stock larger sizes.

These are my favorite pair of shorts, perfect in length and in size. Easy to move around in. The quality is amazing. I usually wash them in cold water and let them air dry for the sake of them lasting longer. However, I’ve definitely thrown them in the dryer multiple times and haven’t noticed any major shrinkage, which is good (easy to wash). I’ve never had any issues with the zipper which I know can be an issue with some jeans, but these are great and function well. Definitely worth the purchase. I’ve received so many compliments on these shorts and have ordered different colors in them.

I had low expectations for these shorts because I have bad luck with shorts in general. I have a smaller waist but thick thighs and shorts tend to never fit me right. They also always get eaten by my thighs. These are PERFECT. The length is a bit longer than I’m used to but I’d rather have them too long than too short. They’re cute rolled up too! I am usually a medium but the reviews said to size up so I got a large and it’s perfect. They’re not too tight and not too loose. I’ll be wearing these all summer and will probably buy another pair in a different color!

I didn’t have any shorts for summer, and was really struggling to exist outside during these summer months wearing my winter clothes. I wanted to have some not super-short shorts so I don’t have to worry if everything is covered, but not so long that I look like I’m in my 60s experiencing heat for the first time. FIT: my main issue was the gap at the waist. I’m a 27” waist and 31” hips so I’m used to it, I don’t fault the design. It fit great around my legs and hips - not baggy, but not super tight/ compressing. They fit pretty well wearing them mid-rise, but they shift back up to high-rise when I walk. If these weren’t on the cheaper side I’d probably get them tailored to take in the waist a bit (photo attached of me showing what getting waist tailored would look like), but they’re not such life changing shorts that I can be bothered to get them fixed. Again though, this is just my body type, not a glaring issue with the shorts themselves. Would probably fit better on somebody with a more apple/rectangular shape. QUALITY: pretty good fabric/ denim. Not at all cheap-feeling, but not too heavy or thick. The seams + inner belt look well-made. My only issue was the front silver button- didn’t seem to be properly attached, came pretty loose and I don’t trust it to last more than a few wears. I haven’t seen other reviews criticizing this though, so might just be a one-off quality issue. I’m not too bothered by it, probably returning them anyway. But still notable. Overall: not bad!! Pleasantly surprised. Not a 10/10 for me personally, but I could imagine them fitting really well on somebody else. Worth a try.

These are a 10/10! I’m 5’11” 120lbs and got the XS according to the size chart and am so pleased! The wash is lighter than it looked online and it’s a bit of a wedgie fit but the butt looks good (the high waist usually flattens me out) and I’m stoked. Buying a second pair in a different colour!

My 18 year old daughter loves these shorts. She is normally a med or size 8 so we ordered a medium and they fit perfectly. A little more expensive than I like to spend on shorts but kind of worth it. She will wear them a lot!

I’m 4 month post partum and have been a medium in Jean shorts ever since having my baby. So I ordered a medium and there was absolutely no stretch to them. I couldn’t even button the shorts and I got these for summer so very disappointed with that. If you decide to buy these SIZE UP. Especially if your hips and butt are wide/big there’s no way you’ll get these to button at least for me. But maybe I didn’t give it a fair shot because I am 4 months post partum.
