So happy with this bottle. Hours after filling it with chilled water from my fridge filter it seemed colder than before. I don't intend to use it for hot beverages, but I'd imagine coffee would still be piping hot several hours later. It looks great, feels great in my hand, and my water tastes amazing and stays extra cold. The cap is great, too. Super snug with zero leakage. Will absolutely purchase more in the future.

The media could not be loaded.  Doesn’t leak easily and is easy to clean. I have washed this in the dishwasher over 10 times and it is still as good as new. You just have to take the outside cover off which is also dishwasher safe. This is a great cup and keeps your drink cold for a whole day and holds 20 ounces. This cup is very easy to hold and is easy to put in the side of a backpack or diper bag. I think it is very much worth the money.

I would rate this 20oz tumbler 4.5 stars. However, I erred on 5 since it is the best tumbler I've found on the market. It is thoughtfully designed in every way.PROS:- CERAMIC COATING! Coffee tastes so much better in ceramic than stainless steel.- Large capacity while still fitting in the cup holder!- So easy to clean! Every single part of the lid disassembles, making it super easy to clean every crevice, and easy to re-assemble.- This keeps my drinks super hot! The heat retention is so good that I started using this as my regular mug at home, not just when leaving the house! Even without a lid on, it will keep my coffee hot for at least 30-60 minutes. With the lid, obviously, it's much longer!- Leak proof! Honestly, when I saw the lid, I did not expect this thing to be so leak proof. Then, I brought it to church with me where I was singing in the worship team. I put my mug under a seat in the sanctuary, and stood up on the front platform. During service, I gazed across the room and saw, to my horror, the cup had fallen over. I thought for sure that the coffee would have spilled all over the low-pile carpet. But alas, it did not, and I didn't have to admit to anyone that I brought coffee into the sanctuary haha. Which leads me to a con..CONS:- It's top heavy and easier to tip over, especially when placed on a surface like low pile carpet. This is probably a feature of it being wider at the top than on the bottom, in order to make it fit in car cup holders. Thank goodness it's spill proof!- The ceramic started chipping after only a few uses. It's minor, but seems to be multiplying every time I wash. I never put it in the dishwasher or use the abrasive side of the sponge. To be fair, I am yet to meet a ceramic coated travel mug that does not have this problem.I think this could be the perfect cup if it was made into an 18oz without the asymmetrical width, and had a more durable ceramic coating. But until then, I will always be using this cup because it's so far the best around!

The tumbler itself looks exactly as pictured and feels super high quality. It keeps cold drinks cold, though I have not tried it with hot drinks. The lid, however, feels super cheap and can easily leak so I took away a star for that. I bought this to replace my yeti tumbler that I lost and the good news is that the smaller size yeti tumbler lids fit on this so I will be using it with the yeti lid instead.

It's sturdy and well insulated. The 12 oz has had no problems. A previously purchased 18 oz had the ceramic fracture and peel off at the top just from a few times replacing and removing the top. It was easily returned for refund. So I'm satisfied.

Pretty product but not very functional and the paint chips almost immediately. Customer service will ignore you if you try to report anything during the warranty period so beware! Poor customer service is the main reason I wouldn’t buy from this brand again.

My household has two of these bottles and we appreciate the ceramic coating on the drinking surfaces (better taste than metal) and the rubber slipcover (easy to hold). However, given some durability problems we've had, it's doubtful there's a big environmental benefit as W&P's sales pitch implies.Both of the bottles have started coming apart in a key place: the inner lining of the lid. There is a stainless steel cap there, which covers up the plastic structure of the lid -- and important to us, keeps the drink from touching a large plastic surface. This stainless steel cap first lists to the side (see the pink cup in the picture) and then entirely comes off (the dark gray cup in the picture).This happened to one of the cups at only about 4-5 months of use, which seemed like a manufacturing issue. I contacted W&P and was surprised they refused to provide a replacement. I was directed to purchase a new cap from their web site.W&P didn't stand behind their product after only 5 months -- which seemed a little ironic given their whole environmental marketing pitch about their bottles preventing single-use plastic. If they expect their products to fail after 5 months, is there really an environmental benefit? It's totally a fair question. For those of us not involved in environmental life cycle accounting, it may help to know that their bottle is quite heavy compared to single use plastic, and uses high-impact materials like metals -- so the environmental effect of creating the reusable bottle is considerably greater than a single use plastic bottle. It takes a while for a reusable bottle to "break even" with disposables and start actually saving resources.Have I reached that break-even point? I dunno, I haven't done the formal analysis. But I think W&P should be clear about how much they guarantee their products.

Keeps water cold, easy to handle/hold Most importantly nice size, not too big, just right for what I was looking for! I like the soft feel of this tumbler..Would purchase others (in this same brand) again.

Loved the over all the product when I ordered it. Except when delivered, in the description your words - “ where the edge to edge ceramic coating ensures liquids never touch metal for a pure, clean taste with every sip “. This is not true, the liquids do have constant contact with metal. The lids centre piece is metal. It’s in constant contact all the time when the lid is closed, See attached picture.Very pricey for a product that does not deliver.

I use it for water.Easy to clean. (clean it a couple times to get rid of the new smell most modern products have)Doesn’t smell or taste like anything but pure water.Fits in my Japanese made car cup holder and all the other cup holders in my life( gym, lunch bag, baseball diamond, stroller).Feels good to hold.Bought another purple one for my wife.Recommended for those in search of the perfection, this may be it. (Will check back in 6 months)

I positively love this cup! As a dedicated tea drinker it is challenging to find a quality travel/go cup that keep my tea hot and doesn't make it taste weird as stainless steel lines cups tend to do. The silicon sleeve is grippy, the ceramic lining keeps the flavour true and the lid comes apart easily for cleaning. The only thing I would change would be making the lid spill proof. It fits tight but the slider over the spout is not spill proof. Having said that, the lid is recessed enough so it's not an issue. This has become my emotional support cup 😂 I take it everywhere!

Porter insulated coffee mugs are the best I have ever used the are great quality and do what they say I have three and would buy more for myself and gifts
