Nice looking tin but stiff to open and handle ripped out on first use

The box looks lovely and despite not flattering reviews I bought it, but truth is the lid comes off with great difficulty thus putting the handle under strain. In my case the handle came off after less than a week of use. I am sorry and should return it but I like the design and crafted an alternative DIY handle 🤪

Disappointed that receiving this item, the lid was so firm and unable to open, even without using the handle. When I did use the handle, it broke; 2 days after purchasing it.

Looks good a little expensive, fits lots of treats in. Handle feels like it will come off in your hand if you try to pull the lid off. Had to use WD40 to try and lubricate the lid as it is so stiff

We've had this less than a month. I looks good, is the perfect size and keeps treats fresh... problem being, the rivets holding the handle on are not fit for purpose. The lid fits snuggly for freshness - but the handle clearly can't take the strain. My only option is to request a refund... but to do that I have to pay £3 postage - which seems rather harsh given the price of the product.

Product looks nice but is weak construction, the handle on the lid is already wobbling after being opened once. The handle really isn’t suitable for actual use but only decoration, disappointing In something that will get daily use.

It became mis-shspen when I tried to open it one time not long after purchase and now the lid won't go on.

Really nice tin for good price. The handle is not really solid so you have to be careful when taking treats out of it but for the price you can’t expect to be perfect.
