Highly recommended. Great, effective outdoor heater.
I bought three of these patio heaters for a big get together. They were well packaged, excellent quality and they give off really effective heat that deflects from the top covering and radiates outward. They are easy to move, (on supplied wheels) very stable and easy to assemble. Good value for money. If I was to offer a constructive suggestion, the instructions could be clearer, but that’s all.

Good
Not used yet. Need two people to put together and take off the plastic shim on everything before assembling. Just check the gas size bottle

Few teething issues but a good product
The instructions weren’t great so we thought it was missing some bolts, the company resolved that very quickly though by sending pictures explaining that the missing bolts were actually already assembled. The blue plastic is tricky to get off, but do it slowly and it does all come off. Ignition was also tricky, I’d read a previous review to just keep trying so we did and eventually it ignited and then it was great! It looks nice in the garden and lets off a decent amount of heat.

Saved My BBQ, My Toes, and Possibly My Life
I bought this gas patio heater because I refused to let the British weather ruin yet another garden gathering. Little did I know, I wasn’t just buying warmth—I was buying power. THE SETUP: Assembly took about 20 minutes, which is a personal record considering I once took three hours to build an IKEA chair. Fired it up, and within seconds, my patio felt like the Bahamas in July. THE BBQ INCIDENT: Night falls. Friends arrive. Burgers are sizzling. Everything is perfect… until Dave, my notoriously cheap mate, shows up in shorts. It’s 4°C. He refuses to admit he’s cold but is visibly shivering and turning a concerning shade of blue. Enter The Heater. One twist of the knob and—BOOM! (Not literally, don't panic)—a glorious tower of heat erupts. Dave inches closer, sighs deeply, and regains feeling in his legs. The party is saved. I am hailed as a genius. THE UNEXPECTED BONUS: My wife, previously skeptical of the purchase, now refers to it as “the best thing we own.” The neighbour, who never spoke to me before, asked if he could “borrow some heat.” The cat has claimed it as his new sunbathing spot. FINAL THOUGHTS: Heats up quickly—like, borderline wizardry. Looks sleek—makes you feel like you run a fancy rooftop bar. Durable—even survived Dave knocking it over after one too many beers. Buy this. Your toes, friends, and possibly your marriage will thank you.

Looks and works good. Fiddly to put together at a point.
Quite well made, and looks good. I have bought a few of these over the years. The last one suffered the winds in Novemver. So time for a new one. I decided on this as the company has a good reputation. And had good writr-ups. It was delivered quickly, and well boxed. All parts were in boxes or plastic covers with the main parts placed in foam. So I was initially impressed. I start by checking the seal nuts and bolts and spanner supplied. But my attention was these items did not match the Id on the instructions. Ie 3cbolts called aa etc. But on the instruction they were named completely different. However undeterred I went on to build. The build is very straight forward and you just need the jist of it to carry on. But again the diagram just showed pictures of bolts of where to place. It does not identify which ones to use. But common sense prevails. The majority of the build is easy. But ensure you have extra spanners for claiming and tightening. The worst job is the 'roof' section. Two pairs of hands I'd the key here for help with alignment of holes. Painstaking! I turned my head to fixing the burner on the pole. But for love nor money could not findvthe bolts fir the attachment. I searched the boxes and plastics alike and was going to give up and use some old stock I held. But the I hapendvto look at the part more closely to find the bolts werecalready fixed in the head and simply had to be unscrewed, taken out, put burner in place and refit screws. No big deal, but why not put all screws etc together? All said, very pleased and works well.
