I ordered this tote with extras. An outside pocket, two tassels and a zipper. It was supposed to be delivered on June 22,2020. I received it on the 15th of June. After I ordered it I contacted the company to see if they could add a key chain. The key chain was added for free! I ordered the smooth black leather with brown handles. The bag is magnificent! It looks like a designer bag. It is large and is a little heavy. But it's pure leather! It's stunning and I have gotten so many compliments on it in just two days. Thank you for the key chain and my initials. I absolutely love it. I did spray it with water repellent as I do with all my name brand bags!

I’ve been on the hunt for a tote that meets my expectations for years now. I wanted high quality, simple, thick leather with rich color. Randomly searching Pinterest brought me to this company. Reading others reviews and consistent 5 star ratings gave me the courage to splurge on this one. I have not one regret! It’s affordable when considering the craftsmanship, quality of leather, customizations and accessories. The price is very much reasonable and you get what you pay for 100%! This is a bag I can give to my future daughter or niece. It will literally last you decades. If you don’t have one and are searching this is a great one to start with.

Originally ordered a small blue tote, Ireceived a small black tote. It seemed very sturdy which is what I need so I negotiated with the seller for an exchange: I had to pay restocking fee and return shipping. Keep in mind that they sent me the wrong color so I shouldn't have to pay right? Their mistake, not mine. But then I made the mistake of upgrading for the large tote and paid the difference; before upgrading, I explained to them that I needed a light colored tote. We settled on the green ( they sent me pictures of their existing green totes and they looked decent). I just received my large 'green' tote and it's really black (I attached pictures of both). Either they are color blind or they just don't care. No point in trying to get my money back so I will keep this black tote... Very ☹️

Great bag and Great customer service! I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, the folks at lifetime leather were all equally great to work with.The bag is beautiful and sturdy I fit my 12 inch iPad wallet and a couple of glass cases along with a sweater on top, the pocket on the front is a great place for even your large phone this is all in the small size bag.I purchased the black pebble and it’s beautiful!

This bag is so well made and beautiful that I went back and bought a second bag. So now I have a small brown leather and a larger green leather. They are beautiful. If I need to go to the office I throw my laptop and all of my paperwork into the large one along with all the things I normally carry and never feel like the straps will give out.

The blue purse is beautiful! The color and size are perfect! But the leather has some holes on it when I received it, when I was wearing it the one other should strap always fall off my shoulder. Good quality Hand made but I am very picky so I returned it.

See second photo- I can not call this a quality product after carrying the original bag for less than two weeks and having the finish wear off the bottom corners. The company agreed to replace the original bag and I received another bag in a week but the same problem occurred with the second bag in less than a WEEK! They have agreed to refund my money and if I get a full refund I will change my review to three stars for their customer service- they respond promptly to emails- but if not I cannot give more than a 2 star review for their responsiveness. Disappointing!! Quality product! Slight problem with my order upon arrival (I preferred a key clip to a tassel but got a tassel in my order) I emailed the company and had a response -on a Friday afternoon, no less- in less than an hour stating that they would mail me the key clip yet that afternoon. THAT is customer service! I have nothing but the highest praise for this company and when I have saved up some cash I intend to order another bag in a different color from them!

This bag is amazing. Beautiful color I got the emerald and it’s just so pretty! I’ve gotten many compliments on it and just got the matching wallet! It’s real leather and great quality. I recommend!
