Do these bags work on models other than Shop-Vac? I have a Stanley wrap around, 3 gal vac, but unable to find 3 gal bags in ANY store.

I don't know about the Stanley, but they do not work with the Sears brand vac.

Is the dust collection hole on the 3gal bags the same size as the 5 gallon bags

The diameter of the hole inside the cardboard on these bags measures 1 1/2 inches. Hope it will work for you.

Do theses bags fit a all around plus shop vac 4 gallon, model # e87s450 ?

Hello, As far as I know they only fit the 3 gallon Shop Vac. If it is the same size cardboard thing you may be able to use them with caution because they probably don't fit to the bottom of your drum. These are 8" down and 19 3/4" around. Hope this helps.
