Great for attaching old fashioned storm windows
I needed to put an old fashioned storm window over my chicken coop window for the winter months and this fit perfect! So glad to find this available and with strong metal.

Storm window hangers
I made storm windows to match some missing ones on my 1915 home. These are approximately the same as the ones on it now. Work great. Only have to get on the ladder once to install the first time. I can hang them by catching the latches from inside for the next season. They are holding up well, not rusting. The supplied screws worked well.

Offset by design?
Nice quality. Sturdy enough. See photo. The part attached to the wall has a smaller notch that what I'm replacing, but should be fine. See photo. For my application, the screen frame I am hanging is flush with the surface of the wall. If you put the parts together so they are resting in the notch, you will notice the mounting surfaces are offset. I don't know if this was by design, maybe, storm windows are offset? I found this out on a ladder. Easy enough to bend the larger bracket.
