Can change color but not a chameleon Double color has different colors on black base and white base

i bought the 2 six colors not the 12 but they are made in (i think) China.

These look like color changing aka flip flop aka chameleon watercolor paint.... Do they color shift in the light?? Thanks!!

They don’t really change colors that I can tell, but they look beautiful and shine glazed or even alone on white paper. Of course they are also stunning on black.
