Last Forever and Stay Sharp
They last forever and stay sharp. I still have some from the other knife set that I purchased at least ten years ago and they are still sharp and in great shape. I purchased these because I have lost some of the knives. Do not waste additional money in other fancy knives.

My favorite steak knives
These knives cut through meats with ease. I've had an older version of these for years and I would definitely recommend them.

Sharp and stays sharp.
Super sharp inexplicably. I tried one at my sons that was 10 years old and I loved it. Only gave it 4 stars because thats only fair but, i bought for myself and other 2 kids. We all love them! For the money - excellent.

Great product
Very good product, we have these knifes for many years, still as sharp as the day we bought them

Eh. Not all that great.
I don't know what the hype is over these. The handles are plastic and feel cheap, plus the curved blade makes it feel awkward when cutting. I loved the block and will keep that for sure, but the knives are getting the boot. Oh well.

Good, but not great
These steak knives look and feel good, though slightly on the "cheap" end. The handles are some sort of hard plastic with rivets going through them, but there's no way to tell if the knives' tang even goes that far into the handle. Based on the weight and balance of the knives, I will bet the tang stops shortly after it enters the handle. The blades are *NOT* sharp, even though the covers that the knives are shipped in warn of "extremely sharp blades" and "do not touch this side of the cover when removing knife". I placed the blades against my palm and dragged them back and forth without scratches or marks showing on my skin. The knife block is really sturdy and looks pleasant.
