First time trying this brand, I will definitely be purchasing again. Very easy to swallow and they dont make me feel nauseous. But they sure do make your poop black 😅

Works great gives me energy during menstrual cycles, taste great, small enough to swollen. It doesn't smell like some iron pills do.

These pills are pretty big in size there's no taste you just swallow them with water I feel like I have more energy since I've been taking them and I feel as it is supporting my immune system better the ingredients in them seem to be working great for me and I feel like I have energy that I haven't had in a while
