Perfect as a gift.
Purchased this for my wife for Mother’s Day to replace her old thermos cup. Great cup and looks brilliant.

Really good thermos but just doesn’t lock properly
I really love this thermos but after one days use I have found the lock isn’t working and it’s leaking everywhere. Extremely disappointing. I’m wondering if it’s just mine or there is a problem with the design. There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact the seller to ask.

Lock broken after 2 uses
The locking mechanism doesnt work now, it won't click in to place. I can't use it for the intended pupose because it is no more leakproof now than a standard sip through disposable coffee cup. I had intended to use it in the car for commuting but I go through many roundabouts and steep slip rounds- this cup will be a disaster if it moves in the holder. Poor quality for the price.
