Is the wattage 30watts per light or a total of 30 watts for all five lights? I am looking at a similiar light and it is 150 watts.

KEELIXIN Grow Lights is upgrade version five-tube that allows you to set the light level to 1-10 degree and control it with a remote control. Each pipe is 30 watts, and the five pipes add up to 150 watts.

Can we only use two of the lights and if that is possible would that decrease the wattage use?

All of the lights come on. So no, you can not decrease electric usage. However, this is flexible enuf to grow on multiple levels so I’ve been pleased with its ability to provide light in a growing room with zero outside sun. For sprouting, I did use heat pads as my area is also cool.

what is the proper distance the lights should be from the plants?

Depending on type of plants. Some based on age 2 to 4 inches away and others 8to 10 inches away but with all the arms it makes it easy to accommodate various plants

Increase in electric bill? If so, by how much?

Hi, I am the Grintch: my electric bill increased by $100.0 a month. I unplugged the lights. I put my plants as close to a window as possible for the Sun Shine. If you don't mind an increase of at least $100.00 then by all means use them because they do work, it would seem, but I don't want the increase. The Grintch
