Just perfect Christmas Ornament

I love the detail of all the figures in the snowman as well as the moving train!

I haven't actually even seen this Santa yet but I shipped one to my mother for this past Christmas (she collects Santas) and she loved it so much she said it will stay out on her shelves all year round. Everyone comments on it's beauty when they visit.

I was so incredibly disappointed, Santa arrived with a crack in the beard, paint chipped off the side and glue or something on the front of it. Is not quality and the crystal is not quality. Really looks like a knock off.

This is a very special Santa for a Santa collector.

We have several pieces from Bradford Exchange and have been very satisfied. The quality for this piece is not there. Very disappointed.

Santa's scroll is broken and I cannot get it to set with any kind of glue that I have, even instant glue. What can I use? Also I thought that there would be more lights showing on Santa.
