High quality and very effective
I took this product for 14 days to treat b12 deficiency. The fatigue is gone, my head becomes clear. I may take more in the coming days in less frequency to maintain my b12 level. One thing I want to point out is that you need to monitor your iron level, because the high dose triggers a flood of red cell generation if your b12 level is really low. And it needs a lot of iron to do it. It also needs a lot of Potassium for the process. Have more potassium in your diet is enough, no need to take supplement.

I regularly use this brand of product as the quality is above average. The price is fair. I feel more calm and as thought I have more energy when I take these. This brand doesn't hurt my gut.
