Is this a hardened case?

It is a plastic hard case. The outside is wrapped in faux leather.

There’s no clip, but the lid folds under a flap to keep your glasses securely in the case. I’m very pleased with this glass case. I ended up buying three.

Will this case fit regular size mens bifocals frames?

It fit some pretty large frames of mine. A nice case.
