I've been on a diet for 3 months and it has gone sooooo slow. My cousin recommended this and it made total sense so I ordered it. I take 1/4 tsp. a day (no gall bladder) and dropped three pounds in three days. It meshes with the diet program very well. So far, I'm happy as can be! Relatives have also put it on their dog's food to keep them from eating too much. I will try it with my dogs because they have dry skin.

Awesome quality coupled with great $$ value! I am able to use this personally & professionally. I love that the large bottle is available with the pumps! I can easily make roller bottles for topical use as well as ease with internal use as well. I personally know the person I purchased this from and rest in her integrity. I find MCT to upset my tummy, but working on dosing.

I purchased this oil and am drinking daily (for the past month) but am not sure what am I suppose to feel and if I feel any difference. So, I'm staying natural on it until proven otherwise...

The lid was cracked when I received it, about 1/3 of the bottle was poured out in the shipping box. What I did receive seems pretty good, hard not to worry about contamination though. Bummer.

I love that I can cook with it, use it in my capsules internally and use it to make a roller. You just took the guess work out of what Oils to use. There is only one for me . Essential bliss MCT Oil!
