Worked great to feed my betta when I was out of town for 4 days. Yes, the timer can only be set for once or twice a day and you can't choose the feeding time, but I'm just happy my fish got fed. I chose the once a day option and it dropped his pellets at 12pm every afternoon. It is important to note this only works with pellets. When I tested this before I left for my trip I found it did not drop too many either. There is a sliding plastic piece that can prevent too many from being dispersed. Typically anywhere from 5-8 came out. Which was fine with me doing just a once a day feeding. Came home to happy fish and still with clean water.

We tested this for our Lone Gold Fish in our 20 Gallon Tank while we we on vacation last week and he's STILL swimming!We set it for every 48 hours because we didn't know if the portion size would be too much. You can change the portion size with a twist but we were afraid it still might be too much.I didn't know this was battery powered when I bought but I am thankful it was because we didn't have another slot for the cord and we didn't want to have to move the tank before we left. It takes 2 AA batteries.The directions for putting it together and using it are tiny so - unless you have great eyesight - you'll need a magnifying glass.The rating asked about "suction power" but it doesn't have suction it drops food.

Where do I start. Product looks nice. Elegant and sleek. However does not function the way it is meant to function. There aren't any clear indicators as to the status of the machine. The instructions are in broken English and do not make sense. I bought two of these that came together. Been trying to get them set up for over an hour with no luck. With no clear instructions and no clear indicators on the machine to determine machine status you may as well sit and watch it for 48 hours just to determine if it is working or not. People who reviewed this machine well are likely just paid reviews.

Its easy yo use. Works best with pellets. Flakes do not seem to flow out unless the feeding opening is quite open and then too many flakes come out at the time.

I was excited to get this product. I’ve had other auto feeders but never one with this concept. I left for a 11 day trip. I was so anxious to get home to check on my beloved fish tank. When I did get home I discovered water droplets had gotten into the auto feeder creating a nasty goop within the auto feeder. There were flys and bugs all around and in my fish tank. I right away took the auto feeder off to clean it and it was a nightmare. Stinky goopy mush all over the place 🤢

I bought this for my small 2 gallon tank at work. Feeds my betta twice a day with no problems. Portion control is easy to set with the plastic adjuster. Wish there was an option for it to actually dispense at certain times of the day instead of just a preset with 6 hours in between feedings though. It is decently sized so I couldn't mount it on my tank due to the lid. Instead, I just have it hovering over the top of the tank on a tissue box for now! Would recommend if you're looking for something cheap, but if you want to spend a bit more, go for one with a clock and timer for more accurate feedings.

This effect is very good. I haven't fed the fish manually for a few months. Just keep the cup full, I used a small piece of wood to mount the feeder on top of the plastic cover and drilled a hole for the food to pass. I added a small funnel to catch food and guide it. I like it to be easy to program, it works like a publicity. I also like it has a rechargeable battery. You must use slit width or sheet size to prevent overfeeding or feeding fish. Food pellets work well. You can go. worth buying! !

I got this feeder in July I only use it when I go on trips so it’s been used maybe 6 times. It know longer turns on. Tried new batteries still doesn’t work. Worked okay when it did work

Il prodotto funziona bene ma è un po difficoltoso nel regolare la quantità di mangiare infatti la seconda volta che lo riregolato mi a buttato troppo mangiare ed ho dovuto cambiare l’acqua restituisco perché non mi fido non vorrei che si possa aprire un po di più da solo rischiando poi di farmi morire i peschi

We used this while we were away for a week and it kept our turtle fed.Only issue was a prawn got stuck which meant she did not eat for the final 2 days. So I would recommend using smaller food with.

Wir haben diesen Futterautomat für unser Aquarium gekauft. Da wir immer längere Zeit im Urlaub sind, benötigen wir etwas zuverlässiges. Wir haben diesen nun einige Zeit getestet. Die Einstellung der perfekten Futtermenge nimmt zwar einige Versuche in Anspruch aber danach funktioniert es zuverlässig. Man kann einstellen in welchem Rhythmus man das Futter geben möchte. Bei uns bekommen sie alle 24 Stunden. Nun muss man nur ab und zu wieder Futter nachfüllen.
