I purchased these probiotics for my wife and my 84-year-old mother after having such an impressive personal experience with Renew Life myself. I’m currently taking the men’s version, and it has completely changed my digestive system for the better. My results gave me so much confidence in this brand that I ended up ordering six bottles of the 90-count version for them. The ingredients, delayed-release capsules, and overall quality look very promising. Looking forward to seeing how they work for both of them over time.

I do not TYPICALLY write reviews, but I swore with everything I have that if I found something that worked for me, I would definitely share the information. I know that millions on women are suffering with BV, the embarrassment of having it, constantly thinking about it, and even going through bouts of depression because NOTHING is fixing the problem. I've dealt with BV for over 3 years, and when I tell you I've tried flagyl (which was just awful on my body, just to have the BV return), to all kinds of home remedies, that gave some relief, but didn't resolve my Problem. Now, I'm fully aware that every women's body is different, and what works for one, may not work for all. For example, no matter how good a product is, I cannot insert a capsule, or anything in my vagina...I found that it made matters worse. I could only take oral capsules, and hoped for the best. This is what I believe...if you've had BV for years, the BAD BACTERIA has taken over, and made your vagina a nest egg for bad bacteria to grow. That BAD BACTERIA is very STUBBORN, and it does not easily respond to treatment. In order to fight the BAD BACTERIA, you need a HEFTY DOSE OF GOOD BACTERIA (it's like a war going on down there). I've tried various dosages of CFU's. NOTHING touched me until I found the correct dosage that my body would respond to, and that's the 50 billion flora (not the 4, 15, 20...my body responded to 50 Billion). I believe the aggressive dosage of 50 billion is needed, because BV is just as aggressive, THAT'S WHY IT KEEPS COMING BACK. HERE'S MY TESTIMONY: After suffering from BV for over 3 years, I decided to try the 50 billion Ultimate flora, and YES IT WORKED FOR ME. I no longer have odor, discharge, or burning. I have a perfectly PH balanced vagina. I currently take 1 capsule in the morning (orally), and one at night. My intentions are to cut back to only one capsule eventually. I promised MYSELF that I would write a testimonial and not keep this to myself. My heart sympathizes with other women going through BV (I know, it is like a curse). I promise, I'll share this information with my GYN Doc, because for some reason, they don't seem to know about this??? which is weird. I've also decreased eating sugar, increased my protein, and incorporated drinking 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar mixed in 8oz of water. All I can HONESTLY say, is that it's working. I have sufferex with reoccuring BV and yeast infections for 15 yrs. using these pills combined with the following routibe has helped me to keep both BV and YI away!! I finnaly have my sex life back and dont have to worry about taking OTC meds or prescription meds to cure the problem. The key to alleviating these horrible infections is BALANCE! Im sure you heard this befire but it truely works. So heres what I do: 1. I take one pill every 2-3 days to help keep thibgs in balance. On days I have a few sweets than I should I make sure to drink lemon water and take my pill ob that day. Again...balance is keys. Try to maibtain an acidic environment in your gut and lady regions will help keep things from getting out of wack!! Taking a shot of ACV will work fine too but I cant stand the taste so I stick to lemon water.2. Sex- after sex I sit on the tokiet and push everything out....(yes those kegel exercises come in handy here)....make sure you pee!!! - Next I wash with Burts Bees Peppermint hypoallergenic body wash around the vagina and surroubding areas....NOT inside!! Use a douch bottle (I buy the vinegar and water and just dump out the solution) with warm water bare down...relax and squeeze the water up there to help flush out the semen. - Next I pat dry excess water after the shower and put a Batures Made Vitamin C tablet up into my vagina. Yes you heard right!! Vitamin C was the catalyst for preventing any infections for me. Again its about balance!!! Vitamin C is acidic and helps balance the PH environment in the vagina. After insert the tablet (way up near cervix....think tampin depth) I sleep with no undies on to "air out" all night long. The next day you will need to wear a panty liner to catch the liquified Vit C. If you're worriedabour leaking overnight just sleep on tip of a bath towel. - Finnaly before bed I take my womans flora tablet and drift off to sleepy land :) - In the morning I may take another woman flora tablet depending on where Im at in my cycle (i.e. Right after ovulation I experience a huge and extrenly obvious shift in my hormones) I take the pill again to help keep thgs in balance for me. I hope this advuce helps someone. Im sorry for all the TNI but I wouldve loved this advice ten pkus years ago. Think balance!!! Very good probiotic

I am using this product to help combat a serious recurring nightmarish episode of vaginal candida that is made worse by surgical menopause induced vaginal atrophy. I am only 37, and had a total hysterectomy at 31. HRT is necessary for my well being but hormones have never agreed with me and cause yeast that has become resistant to antifungals. Furthermore, I suffer from chronic constipation and gastritis, AND I had a lot of health problems in a 2-3 yr time period where I was on antibiotics constantly. Surgically induced menopause has wrecked my system and I have been spending a lot of time and money to adjust to my “new” body. Firstly, I think I need to take these twice a day. I feel like the absorption is inhibited by my gastritis medication. Also, the estrogen cream I desperately need for my vajayjay, is known to cause horrible yeast infections. I have to use this cream 2-3x a week. So I am going to try this twice daily route. I cannot give it 5 stars because I am still having chronic candida, however, this stuff is working wonders for my digestive system. I have purchased several bottles of these, but my system has been out of whack for almost 7 years. 7 years of my body enduring hormonal hell and antibiotic overload. This isn’t something that is going to just go away without a fight, especially not yeast that is resistant to daily diflucan. I think the first step is getting my digestive system moving regularly, and after 7 years, these are helping with that. Because of the severity of my case, and absorption problems, I may need more than one a day, at least for a while. So, I am going to try an AM and PM routine. Hopefully it will help. It would be WONDERFUL if it finally knocks this junk out but like I said, there’s a lot of damage and I need a big arsenal. For first time users, expect to be a bit gassy at first, but for me, it went away. Quite frankly, if it gets my gut moving unlike other probiotics, I do not care about gas and bloating! But that’s just me and we are all different. This is potent stuff, and it hasn’t “cured” me but it has definitely improved my poor digestive system and this alone has been a huge part of my recovery process. I wouldn’t be surprised if it starts helping other systems over time...because like I said, it took a long time to get like this.

I've tried several probiotics for women and this is the only one that didn't do a number in my intestines. I'm not a "gas" predisposed person. Never have been and it was quite annoying to deal with it while taking other brands. Not happening with Renew Life. Does what it says it does without any disconfort. Recommended for sure! Will buy again!

Ladies, this is HANDS-DOWN the BEST probiotic you will ever take!!! I have suffered from chronic yeast infections for the past few years and nothing (including prescriptions from the doctor) helped to clear it up. As soon as I would take the Diflucan pill prescribed, it would clear up the yeast infection but would come back the following month. This happened month after month, year after year. I even tried to change my diet and go sugar free to see if that would help but it did not. After doing more research (with no help from my gyno), I came across these pills. I started taking one pill a day but after a month, I had another yeast infection. At first I was going to give up again thinking these pills did not help. I am glad I read another review where someone said they had to take 2 pills a day to combat their reoccuring yeast infections. I am so glad I decided to stick with these pills and take 2 a day. I am going on 4 months now with NO yeast infections. These probiotics truly are miraculous and have cleared up my yeast infections. I only wish I found them a couple years ago so I wouldn't of had to suffer all these years. They are pricey but they are worth every penny and will save you many trips to the doctors and spare you all the pain!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Took it for 2 months, every day, one capsule per say. Over 2 months, at first I didn’t feel anything but now after almost 2 month of not taking any capsules , I don’t have anymore bloated belly or water retention. I feel happy with the results

Have been taking this Probiotic for coming 4 years now and it has been really good. It has helped alot with my bloating and my menstrual cycles. It's always on time and really good flow. And in terms of bloating and gut, I do not feel any uneasyness or discomfort. Rather feels very normal and immune system has improved alot. Thanks! 😊
