Excellent.
Light pans but excellent non-stick qualities.

Nice pans so far.
Pans work great for now. I've tried other brands in the past and they all work in the beginning. We'll see after a year or so.

Really good frying pans for the cost
These frying pans are fabulous. They have a heft that means they will not buckle or rock unevenly on the burner. They cook food evenly and nothing sticks. They clean up like a dream. I've been cooking for 50 years and these are the best frying pans I've ever used.

So far, so good - OXO has performed better than some premium cookware brands I’ve owned.
Six months in and working well. No marks or scratches on interior, and the exterior is similarly good. The balance and weight are nice, and the heat distribution is pretty even. The non-stick generally works well, though a little build-up can affect that. Each time it does, a gentle scrub with liquid Bar Keeper’s has restored its nonstick properties. No nonstick is perfect, but the design is clean (with flat rivets), the durability so far is good, and the price is right.

Problems With The Coating
I purchased the three sizes of the OXO Professional Hard Anodized PFAS-Free Nonstick, 8", 10" and 12" Frying Pan. I got them two months ago. At first my wife and I loved them. The coating worked awesome and cleaned up easier than any other in the past. After a month of use, I noticed that the coating on the bottom was getting 'cloudy'. Plus, the walls of the pans have stains on them that will not come off just like when using a pan that is not non stick. The moisture/fat gets on the walls and burn off creating a surface that is very hard to remove. I used the 10" unit for lunch and it is almost unusable at this point. I was making some pot stickers and they all stuck hard to the bottom which they had not done yet so the coating I guess is breaking down. These pans look high quality and I go out of my way to purchase OXO when I can because usually the products are awesome like these were at first. I don't know what to do at this point, I have three fairly expensive pans that stop working well after a month and a half. I expect short life when using lower quality non stick pans and just replacing them once a year or something but I did not expect it from these. I tried to call and email support but got a message on both that OXO is not receiving any inquiries at this time. So now they will sell the products but not support them? Doesn't sound good...

Best non-stick I've ever owned
I am upgrading to an induction range, and needed compatible non-stick pans. While I haven't used these yet on my new range (coming soon), I used these on my gas range. The heat distribution is perfect - absolutely no hot-spots. The ceramic coating is ridiculously slippery, and nothing sticks. The heat transfer is so good that a lower flame is needed to do the same work. It's too soon to tell about durability, but these are ceramic coated and appear to be very tough, and I always hand-wash my cookware. The handle is rock solid and stays pretty cool, but can get a bit warm toward the pan. The flattened handle rivets are a very nice touch, greatly reducing any food traps. Time till tell, but so far, no regrets.

Great set of Skillets
It was time to replace my long-time favorite non-stick pans. I did a fair amount of research and these were one that was rated the best for the money. I’ve had so-so luck with Oxo products. The reviews were not wrong on this one. If you want a decent set, this for you. I personally like having a small skillet for scrambling a couple of eggs, and things like that. I also use my cast iron skillets a lot but these perform very well in terms of pan frying and giving you a decent brown crust, which many non-stick skillets do not do well.

Very non-stick
No metal utensils. Need to pad them when storing

Non stick not good with Eggs.
Egg sticks to the pan, even with butter or Oil. need a lot of oil to make sure it does not sticks to the pan and that defeats the purpose of nonstick. my skillet does better job frying the egg then OXO. very disappointed. I will post short video.

Super-stick, not nonstick.
I bought these pans because CR recommended them, and I have a bunch of other OXO stuff that I love. There is something very wrong with these pans, though. Cheapo nonstick wears off, but these actually EXUDE some sticky substance pretty soon after you start using them. Within a couple of months they turned out to be unusable - but it was too late to return them, and OXO didn’t respond to a customer support email. So I threw them out, which really, really sucked. Now I have a set of The Rock Clad pans from Best Buy, and they are fantastic.

Okay but....
Bought these OXO no stick pans as a result of a great review in Consumers Reports. Disappointed. I have found that a much cheaper "The Rock" frying pan from Canadian Tire performs much better as a non stick pan. Also seem sturdier and less scratch resistant. I will NOT buy these pans again.
