Simply great beard balms
These beard balms are a wonderful addition to help me maintain my 18 inch beard. Spouse loves the smell from each of these. Beard is noticeably softer than without them. No skin irritation whatsoever. Helps with longevity and they are consistently better with them. I would buy this set again.

Good for facial hair, soft, stay in place, smells good
I have very think facial hair like wires. After a shower I put this in my beard and can't believe how soft it makes the hair. Plus it helps keep it in place and smells really good. This is not like those girly products for men that smell sweet like candy and tampons.

My favorite beard product by far
I have gone through a lot of beard products over the years and this butter is genuinely one of the best I have found. There is no wax so there is no buildup over time which was a problem I had with other products and it is unscented which is great when you are already wearing cologne and do not want competing smells. It absorbs into the beard nicely without leaving anything greasy and a small amount goes a really long way so the two pack lasts forever. My beard looks way more uniform and tamed throughout the day and I will definitely keep buying this.

The Real Deal for a Long, Thick Beard — Skip the Oil, Get the Butter
I've worn facial hair since college, and for the past decade I've kept my beard full and long. At this stage, I also dye it periodically, not quite ready to give up my natural brown, which means moisturizing and conditioning aren't optional. They're essential. After trying a lot of products, Every Man Jack Beard Butter has earned a spot in my routine. Here's what sets it apart from oils: it's a true butter — creamy, rich, and absorbed into the hair rather than sitting on top of it. Oils leave your beard looking shiny and slick, like you dressed it with salad dressing. This doesn't. It leaves the hair soft, healthy-looking, and naturally matte. For anyone with a thick, wiry beard, shea butter-based products like this one are simply in a different league. It also does an excellent job of moisturizing my skin underneath; no worries about beard dander showing up. The gift set comes in three scents — sandalwood, vanilla, and bourbon — all of them well done, though bourbon is my personal favorite. A small amount goes a long way, even on a longer beard, which makes the value genuinely good. One underrated bonus: while it's not marketed as a styling product, it provides a light, natural hold that keeps your beard shaped without any stiffness. Think "groomed," not "gelled." If you're still using beard oil, do yourself a favor and make the switch. Highly recommend.

His beard has never looked (or smelled) better
I bought this for my husband and didn’t expect to notice such a big difference so quickly. His beard is noticeably softer, looks more groomed, and smells amazing—like a mix of clean, warm sandalwood and a hint of vanilla. He actually uses it every day, which says a lot. No more scratchy beard, and honestly, I find myself wanting to touch his face way more than before. Great quality and definitely worth it!

Good product. I also did the alcohol research for you. TLDR; It's not a big deal.
Good product. Does exactly what I need it to: moisturize my beard. Edit with more info: I liked this so much, I ended up buying every scent including the small batch scent (Hinoki Spice). Subjectivity on the scents aside (I only disliked sea salt), I am in love with the texture of this stuff when it dries/sets. It holds extremely well compared to most other balms/butters I've tried and my beard feel so suuooft. 11/10 can recommend. For the people complaining about too many alcohols, you *really* should be googling them before flipping out about it. Fortunately for anyone potentially seeing this review, I did the <5 mins of research needed to find it's no big deal and will post my findings here for people too lazy to do so. TLDR; Not all alcohols are like isopropyl. Cetyl Alcohol: A fatty alcohol, typically appearing as a waxy white solid or flakes. It is commonly used in cosmetics and personal care products as an emollient, emulsifier, and thickening agent. Stearyl alcohol: An organic compound classified as a saturated fatty alcohol. It takes the form of white granules or flakes, which are insoluble in water. It has a wide range of uses as an ingredient in lubricants, resins, perfumes, and cosmetics. Cetearyl Alcohol: A fatty alcohol used in many cosmetic products, such as lotions and shampoos, to help stabilize emulsions and provide a smooth texture. Unlike drying alcohols like ethanol, cetearyl alcohol is safe and moisturizing for skin and hair. Benzyl Alcohol: An aromatic liquid used in industry, perfumery, flavoring, and medicine. It can be a preservative in some injectable drugs, but it can also cause serious reactions in neonates and hypersensitive people. The last one is probably the only alcohol worth your concern, though it's also on the bottom of the ingredient list, indicating that it's there in very small amounts.

Feels great and softens the Beard
I’ve been using this beard butter as part of my daily routine and it’s made a noticeable difference in both how my beard looks and how it feels. The texture is rich but not overly greasy, and it melts in quickly, making it easy to work through thicker areas without leaving heavy residue. After a few uses, my beard felt softer, more controlled, and much less “frizzy,” especially around the mustache and chin where flyaways usually show up. The scent is also a standout: a warm, woody blend with smooth vanilla and a deeper cedar note that smells clean and confident without being overpowering. It lasts long enough to enjoy but doesn’t clash with cologne. I also appreciate the naturally derived ingredients like shea and cocoa butter—my skin underneath feels calmer and less dry, which helps with itchiness. Overall, this is a premium-feeling product that delivers real moisture, better shape, and a great everyday scent. Easy 5 stars.

Works great, but….
Works great, made my beard softer. But the aged bourbon scent smells more like plumbers putty.
