How do you make it up? Boiled water? Like a tea? I have purchased these but not sure how to prepare

Hello, If you don't have a mate gourd, the preparation is identical to the preparation of tea. You just have to pour a teaspoon, or 2 to 3g of your yerba mate in your tea ball. Then let it infuse at your convenience in a water between 70 and 80°C. Enjoy !

No i dont think so. Taste very good. Mint is a bit strong for me and citrus is verry lovely.
