Not functioning properly issue with calibration and incorrect value of measuring
Trouble noticed in Both Channels as the Calibrator 5V, 1Khz Signal is applied, the readings shoot above 100V, while V/Div is set to 5 or 10V.No other problem in Power-Up, System Initialization, System Set-up, Display etc.This Oscilloscope is under warranty for 1-year. It's now 6-weeks after delivery and rarely used for 3-4 times with low voltage signals on MCU PCBs.Kindly resolve this problemRegards: For Key Path India PVT. LTD.
