Works as intended, good quality
After a few international trips, they hold up very well, easy to fold and unfold, compact and packable (even in backpack), steady for intended use, well made and lightweigh. Very helpful on terrains that require a steady stick for balance and prevent slippage. Came with different tips and easily interchangeable. Locking mechanism is secure enough for normal use.

Sturdy and good quality!
I finally had an opportunity to try these trekking poles out. They were very sturdy. I was using them on a very rocky trail and they were stable when I used them up and downhill. Sometimes I have a hard time climbing down the rocks on the trail and these provided stability as I stepped down. They were also a lifesaver as we were heading back up the trail and provided so much support as my legs were tiring out. They were a little tricky at first to figure out how to straighten out but once you get the hang of it it's no problem. I wanted poles that were lightweight and folded to a short height so they fit comfortably in my backpack. These fit both of those requirements for me. They weren't heavy in my pack or in my hand on our 8 mile hike. They come in carrying pouches which helped protect the inside of my bag from any dirt or dust. They also have wide range of height adjustment so my boyfriend and I who are a foot apart in heigh can both use them. Adjustable wrist straps as well. Overall I am very happy with this purchase, great poles that came at a reasonable price. Now to conquer Half Dome with them!

Assembling is jot the most easy
Nice collapsible poles, great for traveling and getting them checked in. They are not heavy and fit well in your luggage and even each pole comes in their individual sleeve. However, when assembling them while you are hiking is not the most quick and easy. Though I have to admit I had only watched the video at home and had not spent the time to practice, however, Iโve had other collapsible ones that were quick and easy to assemble but these took time for me to stop and try to figure out which has not pleasant. But they are sturdy, light and fit well in my luggage for travel which is why I bought another pair since the ones I usually use donโt collapse to this small of a size. Hopefully with practice it gets better.

Just what I was looking for!
Very nice poles! I was surprised that they are as nice as they are for the excellent price. I like them better than my previous telescoping poles, as they are much more compact to carry and you can easily set and re-set the length you desire for your current terrain and use. The poles are very easy and quick to deploy, however pushing the button in to retract them again is not quite as easy, especially if your hands are a bit cold. The rest of the retraction process is super easy. And, once folded up, they come with a nice velcro cord strip that keeps them tight and tidy. I really like that the poles come in two separate storage bags, as you may want to carry only one pole on some outings, not two and the bags give you the option to have your pole in a bag on the inside or outside of your pack, which keeps things more organized and neat. I put the various pole tips (very nice tips that came with the poles) in a separate mesh bag (sort of see-through) that I attached directly to the two-bag system because I could see that pulling out the poles could inadvertently pull out a tip at the same time and you may not notice, especially if it fell down into snow. Therefore, having the tips in a separate small bag made a lot of sense to me. It would also enable me to take quick inventory of my tips to make sure everything was in place when changing them out. I have worked on search and rescue for 19 years now, and over the years, I have become very aware of how to manage and put systems in place so gear is not ever lost. I want to spend my time and dollars upgrading gear, not replacing it. I cannot attest to how rugged these tips are as I have not yet put them through the test of time and use, however they feel quite substantial and durable, not soft or easily dented. The grips are very comfortable and the wrist straps are easily adjusted. I like the material the wrist straps a made from as well. I have not taken these poles through the heat of summer yet, so I cannot speak to the grip in hot weather, but they are super comfortable in winter, as the material does not get super cold and has just the right degree of soft to prevent fatigue and firmness to give stability of use. I guess the only thing about these poles is the branding. They have not one, but two logos on the poles. I would prefer less labeling and more solid blue color, which would make the poles more pleasing to the eye. While aesthetics are not important to the function, as an artist, I guess I cannot help myself.

Very good!
These trekking poles are lightweight yet very sturdy. The quick-lock system is easy to adjust and holds securely, even on longer hikes. The grips are comfortable, and I love that they collapse down small for travel. Great quality for the price, perfect for hiking and backpacking!

Very stable and compact for travel
Absolutely love these hiking poles! I have a large stick that I turned I to a walking stick for my morning trail walks but I needed something to take on my trip to Aruba because I knew I was going to hike some trails. I read review after review for not only this one but many others. I ended up picking these because of reviews, price and how quick they shipped to me. They are very durable and stable. I love that they come in separate bags. They grub on the handle is comfortable with adjusting wrist straps. The poles lock into place and provide a stability. The color is awesome. 100% would recommend! Donโt forget to pack them in your checked luggage if traveling. I heard you could not carry on the plane so I put them in my checked luggage between some clothes and they were fine! Even my 10-year old granddaughter wanted to use one which she loved. I only use one anyway for walking and easy hiking.

Easy, comfortable, and lightweight.
Light weight, easy to assemble and disassemble. Comfortable on your hands and I like the wrist straps. The locking part is easy to use also. It really helps with my balance and is a good tool for my walking. It's a good buy, especially since I will be traveling overseas.

Weak plastic on the clamp, and breaks easily.
They seem like really nice hiking poles, but the plastic on the clamps is really weak, and one of them broke.
