Great product, haven't had any issues with them. They feel sturdy and can get a good grip on firewood. Easy enough for my kids to use.

Impressively we have gotten almost three years of use out of these. We use them ar least weekly. They are just now starting to wobble and loosen a bit, and the tips do not touch anymore so we are replacing it now and buying the exact same one again. No rusting, no other failures, the joints just gradually loosened over time. They definitely exceeded my expectations

These are decent firewood tongs and should be fine with medium sized fire pit logs. They don’t seem to be as heavy duty as others I have purchased but should be ok

I’m an avid camper and have been camping for a large majority of my life. I’ve tended hundreds if not thousands of fires, and always scoffed at these tongs because let’s face it, I can just use my hand and if needed, wear a glove to prevent burning. While it’s still true that I can easily use my own hand for managing a fire and adding/moving logs around, the tongs make it so much easier to place logs precisely where you want it. This dexterity comes in very handy when trying to move logs to a specific spot for cooking (to manage hot spots, etc), and allows you to do so without getting too close and inhaling mouthfuls of smoke. It also allows you to include younger campers to teach them about fire safety without risking burning them. The product is build very sturdily, and did not have any of the defects seen in other reviewers. The coating is still going strong after about 30 uses, and because it’s being used to tend fire, I don’t foresee rusting being an issue since it’ll be dried each time I use it.

This works great, I wish it was a little bigger but works for what I need it for. The logs can be adjusted easily.

My husband loves it. This is a must have for camping trips.

This is so convenient. We used to use other pieces of wood to move the wood around to make a better fire. This tool allows you to pick pieces up, move it and poke it.
