I initially had some bowel issues because the powder is concentrated and I used to consume it fast so there was an issue digesting. I then started to consume it slow like I finished the shake over a 15 or more minutes time. This didn't cause any issues and its also helping in weight gain. The taste is good if it's chilled and if there is a banana blended in. I am also unable to mix in any other things like peanut butter or oats. It won't let me digest.

Flavor is excellent and less sweet. Generally many protein powder r too sweet but this is one is good and I didn't see any side effects from digestion pov.
