Arrived in perfect condition and casts like a dream. Caught three bass on the first afternoon using it and was very happy with the way it performed. Considering purchasing another!

I placed an order for 2 of these rod/reel combos, 1 on 5/5/24 and 1 on 5/6/24. 1 arrived, 1 did not and has not. First let me say the rod/reel looks good, smooth, seems durable, I have not used the combo on the water yet. The description stated pre-spooled with 10 lb line, must be the new invisiline as I haven't been able to see it, if so great product but maybe make it a little visible to the human eye. Package 1 arrived 5/15/24 (10 days after order placed, I can live with that), however, the package looked as though it went a few rounds with "Bruno the Package Killer" who was on par with every shot. Package 2 was shipped but never arrived at the carrier facility, perhaps Package 2 met "Bruno the Package Killer" somewhere along the route and is lying in Package Hospital recuperating. Received a message stating package 2 was delayed and they were sorry for the delay but package 2 was to deliver on 5/21/24, if it did not, I could request a replacement on 5/22/24 and replacement would be shipped right away. Replacement was requested on 5/22/24, supposed to arrive between 5/28/24-5/30/24. Replacement has not shipped as of 5/28/24. For those keeping score, "Bruno the Package Killer" +3, Package-negative 1. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this seller as it appears "Bruno the Package Killer" may have inside info and rack up the score even more.....

Package arrived looking like some practiced Karate on it. One guide was broken upon open and inspection. Fished combo multiple times per week for 1 month on rod ended up snapping in 2. I have friends that have this combo for well over 1 year without any issues. I believe this is a great product but was likely damaged in transit causing it to ultimately snap.
