Does anyone know if the white is also a burnout fabric?

Do not buy this brand! I bought 2 tee's and liked them until the color came out in spots after the 1st washing. I returned them both.

Does it shrink a size when u first wash it?

No, the size remained the same for me. Regular hot/cold wash. It actually got a little softer though, and it already felt great. Just my experience though; can’t speak for everyone.

These shirts are selling for $12.99, at Tj Maxx, why are they selling for 29.99 on amazon??

Because people go out and buy 40-50 shirts at a time and turn around and sell them on Amazon to make money. Hundreds of people are profiting off TJ MAX and other items as well.
