This is a review after using the blender for almost 3 years. It has been pretty good and it finally had a problem with the jar leaking. So called the Agaro support to get a replacement. Frankly, I was a bit apprehensive reading some of the reviews here. However, it was a pleasant experience overall. As soon as I made the payment for the replacement jar, they shipped it and I received it in a couple of days.

been using since 2 days and it seems very efficient to create smoothies. The ingredients are very finely grinded. Edit 1 - Now been using it for almost 2 months, and the best blender there is possible. It has tried to mimic a vitamix, which is still not available in India. The design is very similar. It is excellent for people who want to eat more healthy. I use it now everyday to make some vegetable/fruit juice. It can easily make a silkier juice with no need of straining for tough vegetables like - carrot, beet, pineapple, green leaves, cucumber, apples, whole orange, beans, pear, guava etc. It blends all these very well and giving it a healthier option for juices etc. I have now stopped buying bottled juices or cartons. I have also tried milk based smoothies and it blends like a breeze, including adding ice, which gives it a really restaurant style thick shake consistency. Ice crushing is also amazing and you will be surprised how well it does that too. It is also excellent for everyday grinding, like i have tried doing idli and dosa batter and it came out really well. Also doing everyday masala grinding like onions, tomatoes etc. will be a breeze. Only place it struggled a bit was doing nut butters. I tried with only using roasted peanuts to make peanut butter, but it eventually struggled a bit. I believe adding a little oil might help and will try again. So, if you are looking for a blender and are into smoothies and shakes, this blender is for you.

Worst service by manufacturer, I had ordered 2 blenders on 7th feb, it was delivered on 11th feb. One blender is not working I asked for replacement. I got a call from supplier saying that technician will be assigned within 24hours, today it completed 10 days, now the customer care not picking up my call. Overall product is good but worst customer service. Don't buy this product.

I have bought Agaro mixer and grinder 1yr back and it works well recently blades of the jar broken and I have placed a complaint to Agaro service team then they responded and told that jar is not in warranty and suggested to place order for new jar .I have placed a order a order for a new jar worth of Rs 1500/- with in week Agaro service team sent a new jar by DTDC courier service from Kolkata.Now it is working well .I am so happy and thanks to Agaro Service team especially Gowtham for his sincere service
