No.. and so please buy an actual organic product if you’re looking to ingest coconut oil. This is ok for skin but not for eating because it smells and seems more like suntanning oil then pure coconut oil.

Can this be used for cooking?

Coconut Oil smokes at a very low temperature. I will add it to the fry after cooking and the heat is off.

Can this be used as oil for lamps?

I won't think so. This is real coconut oil which is solid at room temperature. I'm not sure that's right for a lamp.

Is this liquid or more like a paste?

Solid at room temperature so more like a paste. You can heat it up and it will be liquid until it cools again.
