This is a clear “yes” for me. I only take one in the morning, and depending on what I’ve eaten during the day, I take a second one, or chew a tablet with Calcium Carbonate and I’m fine. It has kept me from having the side effects I was getting from Omeprazole. For me, the orange flavored burps are mild and pleasant. I’m really hoping it is available again soon.

Tastes awful but quite efective

I find that they have helped a little bit with my gerd … they do make me burp a little (which is not great) but leaves my mouth a taste of oranges which is not a terrible thing.

I purchased this with high hopes, but low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to find IT ACTUALLY WORKS! Don't get me wrong, there was an adjustment period. It says to take 2 per day and I only take one. Primarily because the first week was a bit rough getting adjusted. I wasn't sure if it was the fact that I wasn't taking my "old" meds for heartburn, or the citrus was getting to me. But STICK WITH IT! It is so worth it. I am now 2 weeks in and I just take one each morning. Haven't had heartburn of any kind in over a week now. Highly unusual for me! I am a fan and will be reordering.

I had to stop taking these because it would cause me to burp "orange" which wasn't necessarily bad but one night the burp burned really bad so it caused extreme discomfort instead of helping me. I'm keeping these to see if maybe having one occasionally, depending on circumstances, might give me relief because there were times it seemed to work well.

So far so good, I got these to use so I could stop taking an antacid and they have been working. The first couple days I had a bit of acidity because I think my body needed to adjust but now I have no problems

After coming off Omeprozol I was willing to try anything! I'm not sure if my case is severe or if it just didn't work. I'm through half the bottle and still struggling with significant symptoms. I don't even eat the trigger foods. Unfortunately GerdLi hasn't done anything from me which is too bad because I was really hopeful!

Uhm yikes! So I tried this product and initially I was an orange burping fiend. Now burping citrus isn't so bad...could be worse like stinky fish burps (looking at you fish oil). So a mouth of Orange Crush...okay I can live with that. Acid control I will give it a 7 out of 10 as I did not have a burning throat of acid, however I started this odd gagging thing when bending over. Finally as pre-work for a colonoscopy it is a clear 10/10. These things cleaned me out so well I would envision a cave with the wind whistling through it when thinking of my colon post orange capsules. Not super violent clean out so I wasn't wishing for handles on the toilet to keep me seated, but I felt like my wife could lift me like a ballet dancer I felt so light. So I am glad these help people without side effects, however that was not me. Prilosec reduces bone density long term so I am looking to replace it, and still being able to eat food is important according to my doctor (however the internets would say college trained doctors are quacks).
