Can anyone show a video of what actual sound effects this make?

This toy has three stages for play. 1st it tells the child about all the things in the house. 2nd stage it interacts and 3rd it allows the child to free play with all the sound effects needed to make playing fun

How does the Amazon gift box looks like?

The Amazon gift box is just the plain delivery box so if your item is a gift (say for a child) the receiver won’t know what the gift is until the outside Amazon box is opened

Is there a handle for this toy?

There is not a handle per se, but the pointed rooftop has openings that can be used to carry the dollhouse. My 2 yo granddaughter takes hers all over the house.
