Great for remembering to take your turmeric everyday

This is a well-known and highly respected brand. Not only that, or any other hype about it, but I have taken these and can feel a difference from other such brands. The directions say to at a time. I’ve also put all of my supplements into a few apps, that rate the quality and cleanness of the supplements as well as effectiveness and this one has rated a 9.2 out of 10 so that makes me feel good as well. I’m very picky about my supplements that I take and health products I use, but this is an no brainer.

I've been looking for an NSF sport certified curcumin and I think I've found one that I'm going to stick with. I like that Momentous uses the Meriva.Over the past month, I've used this daily and feel that it's helped some with my inflammation. But it's hard to say whether or not it's just my body healing or this is ACTUALLY helping. Regardless, I plan on continuing.It's a bit pricey compared to other competitors but I assume that's because of its additional NSF sport certification.The capsules are standard sizing and easy to swallow with some sort of liquid. I haven't noticed any GI discomfort or any bad side effects for that matter, but I do take it before bed so I'm not sure I'd be aware of any side effects anyway.Overall I recommend this product for it's quality and certification

Very easy to take, believe it’s helping but too early to tell. However disappointed that a capsule was broken inside my first shipment and for the money that seems to not be up to quality standards.

The dosage on the supplements is kind of low , actually , and is an average supplement to ta ke it is over hyped. In order to get the effects from the supplement that I was taking with my previous supplement of doeage of two capsules for 2100mg, I now need to take 3, I'm going to go back to the old supplement that I'm taking, which was Prowise, even though it's made in Britain and costs a little bit more to import, it's more worth it because I get far more value for the money.
