Great product, exfoliates, treats acne and leaves skin soft and moisturised

I bought this face wash about a week ago for my acne. Since using it I've noticed my skin is looking and feeling much better. After using it my skin feels clean, fresh and soft. I also have eczema on my hands and this seems to be gentler on that than other products that I've used so it's perfect for me.

I got some of this to supplement and replace the fantastic pyrithione zinc face wash that this company used to sell. So far I would say it works well, but not quite as well as the old stuff, and certainly in my case I have to be much more strict in its regular use to keep my skin clear. Worth noting I also leave it on the affected area for a minute or so before rinsing off, I think this makes a big difference to how well it works. I would rate the old Clever Soap zinc face wash at 100% effective, this is about a 70% for me, but overall I've had positive results so I'll definitely keep using it. One note is that the hand pumps seem to be a bit temperamental, I've had them stop working completely, I'm not sure if this is due to them leaking or gumming up. It would be nice if the offered it with just a simple opening top.

Really wanted to love this but found that my skin would sting, so something in the ingredients, was too strong for me. I tried the blue one afterwards and that seems better but really, for the price, I probably won't buy again

I bought this product as Clever discontinued their 2% Zinc Pyrithione soap, which was a total game changer for me. After so many years with seborrheic dermatitis, it completely cleared my skin. However, unfortunately, this one does not do the job. The redness, irritation, and flaky skin immediately came back after using it for a week or so. A real shame, Clever Zink and Salicylic Acid soap was a fantastic product.

Great face wash, only downside is that the granules in it clog up the pump. Very odd design flaw that causes this somehow, I've never had another product with exfoliating granules that had this clogging problem. i have to use a thin piece of wire to clear out the tube every few days consistently. Otherwise the actual facewash product is great. I'd be very happy if they were to fix this design flaw so that the product works as intended. Very good for keeping skin that's on the more oily side fresh and clean.
