This glass cup is perfect for iced water, iced coffee, iced lattes, and iced tea. It's also made my water, coffee, and tea taste so much better. It can be easy to hold as long as there's not too much water on the outside of it because if there is it may get too slippery to hold. It can be easy to wash as long as your careful with it since it's glass. It might spill a little if you tilt the cup a bit since the hole for the straw is too wide and leaves space between it and the straw. It also makes iced coffee look beautiful inside of it. I absolutely love using it for my iced water, iced coffee, or iced tea because it always feels luxurious and great to have. The cup won't keep your drink cold for that long because of the open space around the straw so it makes the ice melt very fast depending on the weather and room temperature. I highly recommend this cup.

Had to return not because it was unappealing or that it was not as described. Because the volume was much too small for 16 ounces. We needed something with more voulme. I will search in the app for drinking glasses with a bit more volume. These 16 ounces appeared much larger on the site than they are when received. I needed the glasses for the very next day so I did not want to return them all, I just wanted a replacement straw. I was overnighted a complete replacement of all glasses and straws free of charge.

These are a daily use in my house for iced coffee in the morning, they're awesome and hold exactly what we need for coffee to milk ratio. We haven't had any break and they've been though the ringer, not even a chip or crack. The lids fit great and the glass straws are awesome too, everything cleans well and the lids haven't shown any signs or warping or separation since we've had them, these things are great.

Delivery was timely and items came in good condition. Children are using this regularly as it is so aesthetic!
