People notice me when I am walking wearing these shoes as sound is so loud on any surface, can easy say that sole is made of very cheap plastic. Not comfortable in wearing.

I got this delivered on 4/12/2023, and wore it once. It’s hard and rigid and makes loud noise when walking. Not at all comfortable. Is it still possible to return this? I don’t see the option to return. Dissatisfied with the product.
